Hush Online: Journey Through the Body

This four week online course is designed to improve range of motion, strength and flexibility throughout the whole body. Each week has five 30 minute sessions, each with a different focus on either shoulders, core, backbends, hips or legs. Four sessions per week are a strong flow style (Hush Flow) with one more gentle flow followed by longer held relaxing ground-based poses and breathwork (Hush Release).

The classes are suitable for all levels of experience (some experience of flow style yoga classes is helpful but not essential, after a few classes it will become more familiar) and can be revisited at any time.

You’ll have lifetime access to the classes and the course is designed to be repeated, with enough consistency to see progress and enough variation to keep the classes fun.
